This series aims to normalize talking about diversity, equity, and inclusion in the Ottawa media industry, in a way that’s engaging, fun, yet does not shy away from speaking truth to power. Viewers will come away from these chats having a better understanding of the reality of being underrepresented in the industry and introduce a diverse roster of creatives to potentially work with in the future. By using an identity-based approach to set the theme of each discussion, we hope to also create a space for community-building and solidarity.
