How do you attract the right clients?
back to all articles by thomas cumberbatch — Content strategist How do you attract the right clients? This is the overview bio of the show. The RSA (Royal Society for Arts, Manufactures and Commerce). https://godzspeed.dodeveloper.co/wp-content/uploads/2025/02/Video-Placeholder.mp4 We truly believe in the transformative power of design to inspire, connect, and empower communities—it’s why we do what we do. This belief led to one of our most inspiring partnerships with Victorian Women’s Trust (VWT), who we often work with to build brands based on their projects. 2024 has been a busy year for them, and therefore, for us too. Post our work on the Together Yes campaign for the 2023 referendum, we got started on a few more initiatives together to continue making change where we could. That work resulted in our two nominations at the 2024 Victorian Premier’s Design Awards under the Communication Design category for Rural Women Online and Rosie. These nominations honour our important work with VWT, and we couldn’t be more proud of our partnership and impact. About the Victorian Premier’s Design Awards The Victorian Government started the awards in 1996 to highlight our state’s design talent. The awards celebrate the role of design in creating functional, safe, and efficient products, services, and spaces while elevating the value of professional designers and Victorian-led design. With over 98,000 people employed in design-related roles, generating $6 billion annually and contributing $400 million in exports, our state is paving its path as a true design capital. We’re also the only Australian state to host a Premier’s Design Award! Categories that invite nominations include Architectural Design, Communication Design, Design Strategy, Digital Design, Fashion Design, Product Design, Service Design, and Student Design. The Communication Design category highlights projects that focus on clarity, connection, and audience engagement. These projects use creative communication strategies. From branding to wayfinding, this category underscores the importance of aligning visual elements with purpose and audience needs. Rural Women Online: Posters THE CAMPAIGN FEATURED: A bold and engaging brand identity that resonated with diverse women across rural Victoria. A comprehensive communication strategy that included a photoshoot showcasing real women using technology, challenging stereotypes and redefining what “women using tech” looks like. Activation materials, event marketing, and a digital platform to foster community connection and skill-sharing. In this project, we wanted to amplify voices in rural Victoria. We aimed to make a real impact by giving women the tools they need to succeed in an increasingly digital world.
